The purpose of this forum is to give members and the board a common place to discuss issues.

This forum is presently set up so that anyone can participate, but must be approved by a moderator. Once we establish guidelines, each member will be given specific permissions.

Does this mean my permissions will change once I'm an established member?

Yes. Each new user must register first before they can post. Then once their permission is changed, they will be able to post without moderation. However, if someone abuses their permissions, they can be taken away.
